Wonderful news for families across the UK! Sky has officially launched a fantastic new feature, allowing customers to enjoy Disney+ as part of their existing Sky TV subscription. This exciting development follows the positive announcement made last month regarding plans to combine popular streaming services into one convenient package. From today, eligible new and existing customers can access Disney+ Standard with Ads, or enjoy equivalent savings on Standard and Premium plans, all worth £5.99 a month.
For those looking ahead, there is even more to celebrate. New customers will soon be able to bundle Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max, and Hayu together with Sky Ultimate TV, starting from just £24 a month. The rollout is happening in stages, with HBO Max becoming available from 26th March and Hayu joining the lineup in July. This means your entertainment options are expanding rapidly, offering incredible value for money.
Getting started is incredibly simple for Sky Stream, Sky Glass, Sky Q, and Sky Essential TV customers with Sky Cinema. You can simply use the "Get Disney+" voice command on your remote and follow the easy on-screen steps, or visit Sky's website to sign up. If you already have a Disney+ subscription, you can seamlessly move your current plan to Sky. This allows you to save £5.99 a month while keeping all your favourite profiles and watch history intact. You can also choose to upgrade from Standard with Ads to Standard or Premium by simply paying the difference.
Additionally, Sky Cinema subscribers will enjoy a brand new Disney+ Cinema channel launching on EPG channel 305. This dedicated channel will showcase a collection of popular movies from the Disney+ library, bringing the full app experience directly to your television. All new content will be integrated smoothly through the Sky OS platform, ensuring a seamless viewing experience for everyone.
